Lagan. Lagan has a proven record of producing quality
Grey iron castings of complicated shape used in Jute
mill machineries over the years. The Quality Assurance
System is integral to Lagan’s benchmarking of best
practices, from the bottom up, from raw material inputs
through rigid inspection at each stage till they reach

To maintain consistent
standards of quality, Lagan has vigorous control
measures at every stage of manufacture. Quality Control
is exercised from the input of raw materials, steel,
casting, bought-out goods like motors and bearings and
various non-ferrous component and consumable goods.
While outsourcing goods we, at Lagan, follow a CPK method
to ensure that we have the best for our products.
